These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the nurstar platform. By creating an account or placing any bet on nurstar.co, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these terms in their entirety. Please read carefully before proceeding.
You must be at least 21 years of age and a resident of the Philippines to open and operate a nurstar account. One account per person. Identity verification is mandatory.
nurstar operates under Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR) regulations. All wagering activity, data handling, and financial transactions comply with applicable Philippine gaming law.
All transactions are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP). Accepted methods include GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and USDT. Withdrawal eligibility requires completed KYC verification.
All nurstar bonuses are subject to wagering requirements, time limits, and game contribution rates. Misuse of promotional offers — including multi-accounting — will result in account suspension and forfeiture of funds.

IMPORTANT NOTICE: These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Member") and nurstar ("the Company"). By accessing nurstar.co and using any part of the platform — including merely browsing games without placing a bet — you accept these terms. If you do not agree to any part of these terms, you must not use the nurstar platform.
For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply throughout this document and any supplementary terms issued by nurstar:
2.1 By registering an account on nurstar.co, depositing funds, placing a bet, or otherwise accessing the Platform, you confirm that you have read these Terms & Conditions in full and that you agree to be legally bound by them.
2.2 These Terms & Conditions are supplemented by nurstar's Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any game-specific rules or promotional terms published on the Platform. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and any supplementary document, these Terms shall prevail unless the supplementary document expressly states otherwise.
2.3 If you do not agree to these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, you are not permitted to use the Platform. Continued use of the Platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the amended version.
3.1 To access nurstar's real-money gaming products, you must register a personal account. Browsing the Platform without registration does not constitute acceptance of financial liability.
3.2 Each Member is permitted to hold one (1) account only on the nurstar Platform. The existence of multiple accounts held by the same individual — regardless of the name, email address, or payment method used — constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in the suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held therein.
All of the following must be satisfied at the time of registration and throughout your membership:
3.3 nurstar reserves the right to refuse registration to any applicant at its sole discretion, without obligation to provide a reason for refusal.
3.4 You are responsible for ensuring that all information provided during and after registration remains accurate and up to date. Failure to maintain accurate account information may result in suspension pending re-verification.
4.1 Persons under the age of 21 years are strictly prohibited from registering an account or engaging in any real-money wagering activity on the nurstar Platform. This restriction applies in accordance with Philippine law governing casino-style online gaming.
4.2 nurstar conducts age verification as part of its KYC process. Any Member found to be under the age of 21 shall have their account immediately suspended, all bets placed shall be voided, and any winnings derived from such bets shall be forfeited. Deposited funds may be returned after deduction of any processing costs, subject to applicable Philippine regulatory requirements.
4.3 nurstar may, at any time, request documentary evidence of age from any Member. Failure to provide satisfactory age verification within the time specified by nurstar will result in account suspension.

5.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your nurstar account credentials, including your username, password, and any security codes associated with your account. nurstar will never ask for your password through any channel, including live chat, email, or telephone.
5.2 You must notify nurstar immediately if you believe your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party. Notification must be made via live chat or to [email protected] nurstar cannot be held responsible for losses arising from unauthorised account access that occurred prior to such notification.
5.3 Any activity carried out through your account — whether authorised by you or not — remains your responsibility until nurstar has been formally notified of unauthorised access and has taken action to secure the account.
5.4 You must not share your nurstar account with any other person. Account sharing, whether for the purpose of placing bets, accessing bonuses, or any other reason, constitutes a breach of these Terms.
6.1 All deposits and withdrawals on the nurstar Platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). The minimum deposit amount is ₱200 unless otherwise stated in a specific promotional offer. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱500.
6.2 All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. nurstar does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. Any funds deposited from an account not belonging to the registered Member may be suspended pending investigation and returned to the originating payment method.
6.3 KYC Requirement for Withdrawals. Before processing any withdrawal, nurstar requires the completion of identity verification (KYC), including a valid Philippine government-issued ID and a selfie confirmation. Members who have not completed KYC may deposit and wager but will not be permitted to withdraw funds until verification is satisfactorily completed.
6.4 nurstar reserves the right to delay or decline a withdrawal request pending investigation of suspected fraud, suspected multi-accounting, or other potential breach of these Terms. In such cases, nurstar will communicate the basis for any delay to the affected Member within a reasonable time.
6.5 Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 24 hours. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals typically arrive within 30 minutes of processing. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to 3 business days depending on the receiving institution.
7.1 nurstar offers wagering on sports events, live casino games, slots, bingo, lucky dice, and esports. Each product category is governed by its own specific game rules, which are accessible from within each game or betting market. These product-specific rules supplement and are subject to these overarching Terms.
7.2 Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all products and are displayed within each game or market. Bet limits may vary based on a Member's account tier, current promotional periods, or nurstar's internal risk management decisions.
7.3 Once a bet has been accepted and confirmed by the nurstar system, it is binding and cannot be cancelled or amended by the Member. If an event is cancelled, postponed, or declared void under the applicable sporting rules, nurstar will refund the stake in accordance with its posted settlement rules for the relevant sport or event type.
7.4 Errors and Palpable Mistakes. nurstar reserves the right to void any bet offered and/or accepted in error, including but not limited to bets placed at manifestly incorrect odds, bets on markets that were opened in error, and bets where a technical fault caused an incorrect display of odds or game outcomes. nurstar will not be liable for any losses arising from such errors.
Sports bets are settled based on the official result provided by the relevant governing body. For live casino games, the result determined by the dealer and/or certified RNG system at the point of settlement is final. For disputes regarding settlement, Members must raise a formal dispute via live chat within 48 hours of the disputed settlement.
8.1 nurstar offers promotional bonuses to new and existing Members from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion, including wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum odds, and expiry dates.
8.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless stated otherwise in specific promotional terms, bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they or any winnings derived from them may be withdrawn. The wagering requirement multiplier, eligible games, and contribution rates are stated in each promotion's individual terms.
8.3 Only one welcome bonus is available per Member, per household, and per IP address. Members found to have exploited promotional offers through multi-accounting or other prohibited means will have all associated bonuses forfeited and their accounts suspended.
8.4 nurstar reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice. Bonuses that have already been credited to a Member's account in good faith will be honoured in accordance with the terms that were in effect at the time of the credit.
8.5 Bonus funds and real-money funds are held separately in your nurstar wallet. Real-money funds are used for wagering before bonus funds unless a specific promotion states otherwise.
9.1 The following actions constitute a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to the relevant Philippine authorities:
9.2 nurstar actively monitors account activity for suspicious patterns. Where prohibited conduct is identified or suspected, nurstar reserves the right to suspend the account, withhold funds pending investigation, and report the matter to PAGCOR and/or law enforcement agencies as appropriate.
10.1 All content on the nurstar Platform — including but not limited to the nurstar brand name, logo, website design, game graphics, text, software code, and promotional materials — is the property of nurstar or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
10.2 Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial wagering purposes only. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any nurstar content without prior written consent.
10.3 Third-party game content (including slot games, live dealer software, and esports data) is licensed to nurstar by its respective providers and remains the intellectual property of those providers. No licence to such content is granted to Members beyond the right to play the relevant game within the Platform.
11.1 nurstar collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available at nurstar.co/privacy-policy. By registering an account, you consent to the processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
11.2 nurstar will not sell your personal data to third parties. Your data may be shared with payment processors, KYC verification providers, game data suppliers, and PAGCOR as required by law and by our licensing conditions.
11.3 You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data held by nurstar, subject to the retention requirements imposed by Philippine law and PAGCOR regulations. Data subject requests may be submitted via live chat or by email to [email protected]
12.1 nurstar is committed to the promotion of responsible gaming and the prevention of gambling-related harm. We provide the following tools to all registered Members at no charge:
Daily, weekly, and monthly deposit limits can be set by the Member from within their account settings. Limit reductions take effect immediately. Limit increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
Members may set daily, weekly, or monthly loss limits on their account. Once a loss limit is reached, no further bets may be placed until the limit period resets.
Members may set maximum session durations and enable reality check alerts that interrupt play at regular intervals to display time and money spent during the session.
Any Member may request self-exclusion for a minimum period of 30 days or a permanent exclusion. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 1 hour. During a self-exclusion period, the Member will be unable to log in, deposit, or place bets. nurstar will not send promotional communications to self-excluded Members.
12.2 If you believe your gambling is causing harm to yourself or others, we encourage you to make use of the self-exclusion tool or to contact nurstar support for assistance. Gambling should always be a form of entertainment within your personal means — not a way to recover losses or solve financial problems.
13.1 nurstar reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or close any Member account at any time and without prior notice where nurstar reasonably believes that a breach of these Terms has occurred or is likely to occur, where there is evidence of fraudulent activity, or where required to do so by PAGCOR or any applicable Philippine law.
13.2 Where an account is suspended pending investigation, the Member will be notified of the suspension via the email address registered to the account. nurstar will conduct its investigation within a reasonable time and will communicate the outcome to the Member.
13.3 Where an account is permanently closed due to a confirmed breach of these Terms, any balance held in the account may be forfeited in whole or in part at nurstar's discretion, depending on the nature of the breach. Where no breach is confirmed, any remaining real-money balance (net of outstanding bonus obligations) will be returned to the Member via their registered payment method.
13.4 Members who wish to close their own account voluntarily may do so at any time by contacting nurstar support via live chat. Voluntary account closure requests will be processed within 24 hours.
14.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, nurstar shall not be liable to any Member for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with the use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or interruption of service.
14.2 nurstar's total liability to any Member in respect of any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms, the Platform, or any bet placed thereon shall not exceed the total deposits made by that Member in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
14.3 nurstar does not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted, or error-free access to the Platform. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, third-party service outages, and circumstances beyond nurstar's reasonable control may result in temporary unavailability of some or all Platform features. nurstar will not be liable for any loss resulting from such unavailability.
14.4 Nothing in this clause shall limit nurstar's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, to the extent that such limitation is prohibited by Philippine law.
15.1 These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
15.2 Any dispute arising between a Member and nurstar relating to these Terms, the Platform, or any bet placed thereon shall first be submitted to nurstar's internal dispute resolution process. Members must raise a formal dispute via live chat or email to [email protected] within 48 hours of the disputed event or transaction.
15.3 If a dispute cannot be resolved through nurstar's internal process, it may be escalated to PAGCOR's player complaints mechanism in accordance with PAGCOR's published procedures. nurstar cooperates fully with PAGCOR in all dispute resolution and regulatory inquiry processes.
15.4 Subject to clause 15.3, the parties irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines for the resolution of disputes that cannot be settled through the above processes.
16.1 nurstar reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where a material change is made, nurstar will notify registered Members via email and/or a prominent notice on the Platform at least 7 days before the amended terms take effect.
16.2 For non-material changes (such as corrections to typographical errors or clarifications that do not alter the substantive rights or obligations of either party), nurstar may update the Terms immediately without prior notification. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will be revised accordingly.
16.3 Your continued use of the nurstar Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept an amendment, you must stop using the Platform and may close your account in accordance with Clause 13.4.
